How can I make my water look like this?

i tried to use the exterior mod but none of them are like that.

I'm playing right now and i gotta say it's a pretty rough weather. the waves are high which prevents me to use the deck gun,.

the color and look of the water depends a lot on where you are, different places have different colors and looks just like real life so even with the right mod it may look different in your game
