FYI - unless there is a serious need - its unwise for most novices to flash the bios on the MB.

No offense Howart - but you didn't mention what MB you have - and each MB has a different BIOS. It varies not only by manufacturer but also by each model and even by revision.

Telling folks to go update their bios - probably not a great idea.
