Dozens of callers reported seeing a meteor over the Sierra sky at approximately 7:45 a.m.
The explosion rattled windows and shook houses from Reno to Winnemucca in Nevada, and from the Sacramento to Bakersfield areas in California. Some people in the two states reported seeing a fireball streak across the sky at the same time.

Crashing into the pursuing King Ghidorah in mid-air, Rodan forces the space monster down on a rocky cliff. Godzilla and Mothra arrive to aid Rodan, Godzilla hurling boulders at Ghidorah.

I was on the staff of our Earth Day event. It rained all day. It was miserable. It is one thing to continue an event if it starts sprinkling, but the heavy rains and winds we had were terrible!
