Mission Editor Q

I followed the steps to creating a mission but have run into a problem with saving it.

I have hit save and followed the directory to the single missions, typed in the name then created the folder giving it the exact same name.

However the mission does not appear when I load the game, though it's visible in the game files.

What have I done wrong ?

Thanks

EDIT:
I notice that all of the single mission folders have 3 files in them, MIS, TGA, and TSR my mission only has 2 MIS, and TSR. Could this be the source of the problem ?

The TGA is the pic showing in in-game list of missions. Not really needed...

Have a look in Mission-forum: http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/forumdisplay.php?f=222

... and I've found two documents for Mission Editor use, unsure of origin :D

Go to menu Mission/Language Localization and select 'mission title' in the top window and then in the bottom window delete 'mission title' and actually give it a title. If you don't do this it will show as "mission title' in the game. It will still show and you can play it but if you write 5 missions they will all be 'mission title' and you won't know which it is.
