Mission Editor PDF

I am unable to find the SH WOP Gold Edition mission editor PDF file.

It's been a while since I created one and am having trouble.

I have looked in Data\ Mission Editor, but cant find it (if it exists)

Could someone please point me in the right direstion, also does JSGE work with this version ?
