GWX Gold fps issue
 

Hi folks,

I recently upgraded from GWX2 to the gold edition and I'm having some issues. It was a clean install and when I launch the first patrol, no problems. However, when launching the second patrol whilst on the bridge or normal view through the periscope I get about 1fps. Initially I thought it was because I had installed mods incorrectly so reinstalled and went through a patrol with no mods and same thing from the second patrol.

I'm using SH3 Commander to load the game so tried without that and same thing. Any ideas one why the fps would be taking such a hit?

Yeah, my system isn't brilliant but I had no worries with GWX2.0

Mmmmm, is a puzzlement. I assume your first patrol was completly normal. I also assume that the single missions run normally also. If so the problem is not with your setup but may be with the saved game files.
Start a new patrol but when you finish it do not exit the game but start a second patrol and see if the problem recurs.

I never thought about that - Ill give it a go and let you know
