Activated /Deactivated Mods
 
I noticed that some of my MODS are not highlighted in my activated list in my Generic Mod Enabler list. They were working at the beginning of my Campaign and now they are disabled ( not highlighted ) without my knowledge. In fact quite a few are not highlighted. What is the cause and effect ?

If by "highlighted" you mean "black" as opposed to "gray", then the "gray" ones merely indicate that some of their files have been modified by mods further down on your mod list. They're still enabled, though, as long as they're in the right (as opposed to the left) window in JSGME.

The "gray" to indicate "this mod has been modified by another mod further on down" also serves to tell you that disabling it may have unpredictable effects. Mods in "black", on the other hand, you can disable at any time no matter where they are in the list (unless other mods depend on them to function, of course).

The safest way to play around with mods, though, is to always disable the last ones first. Last in, first out :DL
