Suze Canal in OM....
 

October 1942, started a side career with a IXD2 U boat out of Bordeaux.I was assigned a long range patrol the channel between Africa and Madagascar.After a long trip, I found the area mostly ripe, sank a few ships then headed north.I ended up checking out Djibouti, Africa's port, several large tankers, I attacked, sinking two large tankers, a medium tanker and a CAMS Merchant.I fired at a Destroyer Escort that was patrolling and looking for me but missed.I then entered the Red Sea where I used my remaining fish to sink 3 more ships.Ended up with just over 50k tons down for the patrol.I then faced the decision to try and transit the enemy controlled Suez Canal, make the trip home via the med or the go back around cape of good hope and make the long haul home.Since I was out of fish and could not defend myself if detected, I chose the long haul.

Just wondering if anyone has transited the Suez in the game?
