Allied traffic in the Indian Ocean?
 

October 1942, have one of the long haul boats out of France, ordered to patrol off the coast of Africa. Looked at the campaign files with the mission editor, does not appear to be much traffic ever but does not make sense to me since You can select to deploy to Penang later on, obviously there must be traffic or am I wrong?
