Help with some sub in RA
 

Colud pls somebody tell me how to activate those hydrostatic engines in Typhoon red ocotber i n RA mode. They are allways greyed out option in menu. Port engine start and starborad engine start in hydrostatic enignes are greyed out? how to activate them what are requirements?

Hit Esc, and view the USNI reference for Russia's Red October sub. The details shown involves going below 150m, turning on the snorkel, and then using the diesel controls to activate the caterpillar drive.

I really never got the hang of it, though.
