Total War Shogun 2 is on Sale on Steam right now for $7.50 most already probably have it I did not so i nabbed it for the low price.

Although $7.50 is a lovely price for it. I paid full price way back when. They're probably trying to get people to buy it before Fall of the Samurai on Friday.

Yep it says get ready for Fall of the Samurai on Friday and the sale is a mid weeker.

Grabbed the Rise of the Samurai for 1,74€. Quite a good deal.

Fall of the Samurai is released tomorrow! Booked it at Gamestop, will pick it up tomorrow as soon as I can :D

It is a phenominal game!

I am loving the ability to use naval bombardment on both the campaign map, and the battle map as well. Never do a battle without a navy close by!

Plus railroads.

A funny thing happened while playing. I blindly mashed the f12 button, which on steam produces a screenshot, this was the result...

If it wasn't cheaper, I'd say its better to pre-order on steam, the bonus is better. Although at least gamestop is not giving away the horrible Obama Clan.

I am particularly happy with the stock clans. I was also unable to pre-order, I had to choose this or Crusader Kings.

Alliances actually work, and are super important late game, as the feature we know and love as realm divide happens again, when your "side" reaches a certain strength.

Funny enough though, as bad as the name is, the Obama clan bonuses are one of the better ones.:timeout:

Anyway, I preordered on Gamestop largely because it gave me a 100SEK discount on the game (roughly 14USD). :yeah:
