please help with Bug -Savegame always starts in Harbour

Hello,

after sinking a 37.000 BRT Battleship and saving the game in the west of Gibraltar, i have a Problem with reloading the savegame. The boat appears in the empty of other ships flottilla harbour St. Nazaire and all other older Savegames do also. The torpedo-tubes are refilled, instead of having used.

What's going on? PLease help.
