CTD with Navigation Map

A couple of friends when they open the navigation map the game CTD.
They have tried reinstalling but to no avail.
May depend on what?

Are you running any music mods that alter the Navmap music tracks? That will cause ctds sometimes

I think they do not have mod and the game is patched. I'll ask them
