MS9 or MS32....
Personally, I think MS9 is just...well...........cooler.
Black, evil and all that! Ha! Does anyone know though......When the boats were launched they had red fouling paint below the waterline. Was that true operationally as well? If so, has anyone done skins with the red fouling paint? |
Check this site: http://search.yahoo.com/r/_ylt=A0oG7...m/measures.htm
I'm sure the modders on this site referred here for reference and skinning. Find the section on subs, and you'll have each sub and when they received their paint schemes. As for the "red lead" used for operational boats, I'm not sure. I think it was used as a primer, and not as a final finish coat. I could be wrong though. |
Fish is correct. The boats never patrolled with the "red lead" - once commissioned they received their camouflage measure.
