Mod to remove crewmen from sinking ships...
Is there a posibility that a mod could be coded to automatically remove the crewmen from a ship when it's considered "Destroyed" and sinking?
It looks silly when all of the cremen are dutifully manning their stations (I.e. AA Guns) when their ship is split in half and engulfed in flames and sinking... |

Once the vessel starts to sink beneath the waves, the crew on deck disappears. Sucks, but that's how it is right now.

my mod just controls how the lifeboats act and their speed so it wont make the crew vanish from a ship until the game decides the ship is sunk which can be a PITA especially if you sink one in a harbor and it cant sink enough so as you said its engulfed in flames and broken in half leaning on its side but the crew is still there firing at your scope :damn:
as to my mod working well with TMO, i dont know of any other mod that changes lifenboats so it should have no problem working well with any of the other mods out there |

That's something I missed playing GWX,and SH3 earlier versions,moded. a torpedo hits a ship and the crew do arobatics awsome,in sh4 no matter what mod you use,the ship blow up and the crew just vanish,and if you hit a ship in harbour laden with ammo,and fuel, take a look at the civies walkin near the ship they won't bat an eyelid.(Im playing FORTS v1.3 at the momment)
