SCX 65-76 problem

I seem to have a problem with the 65-76 torpedo. I cant seem to ever select presets and if I launch anyways, the torpedo heads course 000 at 1 kts.

known bug?

Is the contact classified as surface, subsurface, land or air? If it is the wrong type (like land or air) then the torpedo refuses to consider it as a valid target. ;)
