Problem with hydrophone!
Hi guys, i had a little problem with my hydrophone. I can't send a ping or ask my operator to know range of target...
http://s4.noelshack.com/uploads/imag...0452_sonar.jpg We can see here the problem ( yea i am french :salute: ) Can you help me please? http://s4.noelshack.com/upload/2976197830452_sonar.jpg |
Of course, i have a contact on G 314 :hmmm:
|
That's because Type has nothing displayed but '-' which means nothing. Until something shows in that box (Merchant or Warship) you can do what you're wanting to do.

Hello TDW, I used SH5.exe patcher to fix broken hydrophone station ( http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=181433 ), but i have now an other problem :wah:
My operator give me a false range of contact, look here: http://s4.noelshack.com/uploads/imag...0025_sonar.jpg So, we have a warship, G 50, at 3980 m? http://s4.noelshack.com/uploads/imag...064673_map.jpg Ho, really? I read 16.8 km ~ :-? What can i do please? |
Hydro Ping !
As far as the in accrucies .. I dont think there is nothing left that you can do to "FIX this problem" .. I usually have the same problem . But I also have patched with TDW , Up gradea .. U have to take two readings onthe target and check the answere of the first one .. I see that your are playing at a setting lower than 100% .. U can actuall see your targets .. . Why are you having a uproar about your accurate ping distance ? YOu can see your targets .. @ 100 percent you cannot ..

Hi, i play lower than 100% because i want to check the distance of targets by my operator sonar on the map.
I want to play at 100% realism, but without sonar is difficult... What u mean about "You have to take two readings on the target and check the answer of the first one .." ? |

for me its only a re-check on the distance , its not something that is mandatory :yeah: |
