How Do you get this pesky gramophone to play music

Hi Guys, I have my gramaphone up on screen in TDW UIs 6.9 I have mp3's loadeded into the gramaphone folder, but how do you get the gramaphone to play? I click on the play button on the gramaphone and nothing!!!
Do I have to edit something in the gramaphone folder to get it to work or what is the answer?

Ok I've sussed it the click spots are above the icons on the gramaphone not like the radio
