My Mod Compatibility Issue
 

Hey guys,
I just downloaded Equipment_Upgrades_Fix_v1_4_byTheBeast, #Equipment_Upgrades_Fix_v1_4_Patch_1_HotFix, and stoianm upgrade available mod stock file Mods and the equipment upgrade mod would give me more upgrade equipment for my u-boat while stoianm's mod is suppose to make them free. However, when I overwrited the equipment mod with stoianm's mod, the stock equipment would show up and be free but the new and modded equipment did not show up. Then when I overwrited stoianm's mod with the equipment mod, the new equpiment would show up, but it would not be free. Please help!

Stoianm is for version 1.2 while Equipment_Upgrades_Fix_v1_4 as you can see is version 1.4. You wil have to edit and merge.

if you have a little courage and patience, You can edit (with notepad) the file from TheBeast :

C:\Ubisoft\Silent Hunter 5\MODS\Equip_Upgrades_Fix_1_4_AFFOE_151\data\UPCDa taGE\UPCUnitsData\UpgradePacks.upc

Desactive the mod and make a backup ! :D and it remains only to change the values ,for each equipment,save and reactivate via jsgme :03:

You can edit those with any txt editor.
Use notepad from your windows:up:
