Question about Operation Drumbeat

According to my game calender , its janauary 22 ,, I was off the cost Of North Carolina ,, When I started in the early morning there was all kinds of ships in which , I sank a victory cargo and a viking tanker ,, after , sinking those ships . I went on a hydro hunt and heard another ship in the distance . I plotted a intercept course . and did not find the ship , It appears that the ship was running at 10 knts . Every time I thought thta I had flam=nked the ship it waas more than 3050 Km farther than when I anticipated the a intercept course . and now it night-fall .. All I hear are in the distance are , which I determind are warships patrolling beaufort SC . ( Its because they are running around 12- 15 knts average from my caculations . As I said its nightfall as I make an effort to submerge . There is nothing 11 , No sound contatcts , nothing . Iam running north eastern along the NC coast .. In this campaign are there zones or do the ships stop sailing during the night ? , I havent completed any objectives in my campaign , However I have already sank 6 mechants and two destroyers , these were on the wahy out to my campaihn area .. I dont suppose that these other ships do not count becuase they were not in the campiagn area .. .. any advice , would help :salute:
