ATI Card Graphic Problem

Hi all!
Running SH5 on an ATI card, 40+ FPS, but getting 'sparkling' effect on external views of target hulls. Anyone else had this? Tried adjusting AA etc. but still getting it. All contributions gratefully accepted.

I have the ASUS EAH5870, after adding environmental MODS The external camera was showing strange coloured artifacts, I removed all the mods and the artifacts are gone, you must looking for which MOD develop the problem
