I am trying to install the HSIE V16A3 patch. It keep's telling me that it can't patch the .exe file. I dont get it, it worked before and now it doesn't. I am not very computer literate I know and I know I am following the instructions to the best of my ability. I just don't know what to do. At first it patches and then it doesn't.

Check that mods thread.

You need to use a "fresh" sh3.exe for it. If ou have an .exe that has already been patched with one of the earlier fixes then it won't work for this one.

But: Maybe the old fix copied your old sh3.exe to "sh3.old". Just rename that one and use it with the new fix.
