MSDos Program HELP Please.

Hi everybody.
Looking for some help with an MSDos Program Please.
I am using WindowsXP Pro on my Main Computer and My Laptop both of which Are made by Packard Bell.
Here Is the Problem, I have an old MSDos based Game Called Silent Hunter Commanders Edition V1.31.
I have Had this Game running before on both Computers with no Problem using the excellent Tutorial by a guy called Don Wells,
Creating A short cut to MSDos and then following all the Instructions to Install the Game.
I recently decided to reinstall the game on both my Computers and it loaded Perfectly on my Main Computer and is up and running Fine.
However, when I tried to Install it on my Laptop, the following problem Occurred, I know for the game to run everything listed in the System requirements List Must Say YES. This worked Perfectly well the Last time I Installed it on my Laptop.
Unfortunately, Item 2, Extended (XMS), Required 7000k, Current 1521k Satisfied Column says NO. Previously said YES.
The Memory Tab in MSDos Says everything must be Set to AUTO Which I’ve done and Trying to change the Value to Something Higher does not do anything to Help.
Does anybody PLEASE have any help or suggestions, I would really like this to work again.
Many thanks.
Regards
Paul

Try this link:

http://vogons.zetafleet.com/

It's for a forum site known as VOGONS (Very Old Games On New Systems) and as the name states, they help you to run older games on newer systems. They also have links to freeware that will aid in running your games. I hope this helps... :DL
