How to change Realism settings in port?

I just got back from first mission and was wondering if there is a way to change realism while I am in port? I want to try higher realism settings on future missions.

Esc -> Options -> Realism
Works only in port between patrols.

But if you want to edit just some specific values(external views on realistic settings for example) try to edit gameplaysettings.cfg file in cfg folder...:)
