Aces of the Deep on Windows

I found a Slovakian website that archives old games for free download. How old? DOS ist eine gute frage. This evening I installed Aces of the Deep and gave it a quick go, and it works fine. Luckily, I have never thrown out my boxed version of the game, so I still have my keyboard commands chart and even the map. The map is something else. I had it mounted on a plaque backboard, so it can hang on the wall. I still use it when I play SH3.

Look for AotD under the section "strategy games" in a box to the right of the screen. Each game runs in its own DOSbox module:

Shouldn't this be posted under "Classic Subsims"? What does this have to do with Silent Hunter III? :06:

Thanks for posting! Most of us cut our sub teeth on that great sim from 1994.

If you can, please post photos of the map and keyboard chart. Most of us long ago consigned those to the briney deep.:salute:

Yes it should, but perhaps not everybody knows about it.

Cool! I tried it too. Thanks for the link.

Not sure what this means. I still have the old disk (dos) but now run XP. I just wanted to hear the music files mostly and the interviews. Not sure what to download?
