manual targeting wont stay off
 

I have sh4 1.4 with the RFB 1.4 addon and the RSRD for 1.4. It runs beautifully, except in the options I uncheck manual targeting then click apply then go start a historical campaign. When I come across a ship i realize it wants me to manually target it! (now i know there are tutorials as to how to do this) but why does this setting keep reverting back to manual targeting?

Is there a file I have to change to keep manual targeting from being checked?

In the campaign you need to change the settings from your office. The ones in the menu only apply to quick missions and the like. Should bring up the menu if you click the radio on the left side cabinets.
