New nVidia driver Beta
 

The 28x.xx range of drivers gave me troubles, so I went back to an older version, which runs stable. The 285 and other drivers of the 28x range caused instabilities and problems for many people and many games, google tells.

I am using 275.xx therefore. Stabile it is. Win7Pro x64, GTX460SE 1 GB.

However, since a month there is a new beta 290.08 and short time later came 290.38 I think. Has anyone experiences with it?

Nvidia Verde 290.53
 

Skybird I installed the latest Nvidia driver (290.53 verde)for my GTX560M 1.5 gb ddr5 and so far everything is cool and stable.I had tried the 290.36 beta 3 weeks ago and it made my Windows experience Aero 3 D graphic score plummet from 7.0 to 1.0!!! I quickly unistalled it and reverted to the 285 version which I had since November and was doing well for me.Then I decided to try the 290.53.It has increased my WE score from 7.0 to 7.1 for both gaming and Aero 3 D graphics. I have played SB, SF, TvsT, PE, BF2 and BF3 with it to test and it's stable!

Ah, I thought 290.3x was the latest, so I referred to that.
