problems with mods

I had a problem with my SH4 (property DLL lost). I re-installed the game, patched it (V1.4), re-installed Jonesoft and the mods (TMO and FOTRS) but I can't play them. I got the following message "File not found/data/black80.tga" when I try to start the game with TMO or FOTRS. Any idea?

At a guess I'd say you need to be patched to 1.5, which is the purchase-only U-Boat Missions. Most of today's mods won't work with 1.4.
