Minefields
I just ran on a mine on my second patrol in the East Chinese Sea. Are the minefields in the same places in major mods (TMO, RFB and RSRDC) as in the stock game? Because this would have been a little to far out but something blew up the front part of my sub and there was no ship nor plane around.
Just wonder if one can go by that map which comes with the game. |

Thatr's no joke about those darn subnets! First time I ever encountered one was the harbor at Rabaul. It was late at night, I had the lights off for effect, and when I hit the net, I about jumped out of my seat, and had go to the head, and I almost didn't make it.

Thanks for all the input but back to the original question, how do you know where these minefields are during the game (without looking at the files in ME because this is rather difficult in the middle of a patrol). I have the map which comes with the game but are the minefields in the same position when you are using TMO, RFB and RSRDC?

I recall the documentation of TMO stating that the stock minefields were increased in density. Nothing about new minefields though.

Oh, I don't mind it. Lets me know when I've gotten too aggressive.

You might want to check the readme, as I think Ducimus addressed it in there. |
Where the mines come from...
We dig dig dig dig dig dig dig in our mine the whole day through
To dig dig dig dig dig dig dig is what we really like to do It ain't no trick to get rich quick If you dig dig dig with a shovel or a pick In a mine! In a mine! In a mine! In a mine! Where a million diamonds shine! We dig dig dig dig dig dig dig from early morn till night We dig dig dig dig dig dig dig up everything in sight We dig up diamonds by the score A thousand rubies, sometimes more But we don't know what we dig 'em for We dig dig dig a-dig dig Heigh-ho, Heigh-ho Heigh-ho, Heigh-ho |
