Strange picture, but where is it and what is it?
I forgot where I just saw this, but what do you think it is?

One theory is that the Chinese have rebuilt the streetgrid of target cities in the desert to run military excercises on them. Or targetting practice for drones, missiles - anything like that.
I saw a photo not long ago about these Chinese desert diagrams, where they had rebuild the streetgrid of Manhattan that way. :o |
