One quick question, what in the world is happening with some posts where it seems like some words or spaces are turned into this ****9038, a bunch of asterisks and then a bunch of random numbers?

Usually I think it's the result of a copy/paste of formatted text from another source, where the formatting is incompatible with regard to certain symbols and punctuation marks... so things like apostrophes don't copy/paste as simple text and get turned into ***8217 or something similar when the forum software tries to reproduce them. There was also an issue here with Cyrillic alphabet characters a while back IIRC, but I don't know if that's still the case.

Alright, it's just that the last time I visited the forums (Feburary:o), these didn't seem to be present, unless my memory is serving me wrong.
