Synchronizing saved games with server...ARGH
 

I unticked the option in the Ubi launcher, but the game always does this every time I enter the main menu. I have dozens of saved games so it takes around ten minutes every time. I tried deleting the saved games, but the game downloads them all over again every time it starts! Can't they just let me delete my saved games? What were they thinking...:nope:

Even so the Game UI shows Sychronizing with Server it does not Syncronize with the Ubi Servers.
I have tested this by deleting my save games disconneted my PC completly from the internet and starting SH5 again. The UI showed that save games have been synchronized with the Server and the save games were back again.
As the PC was disconneted from the network it's clear that the synchronization is not performed online.
Even deleting the complete SH5 folder in "My Documents" didn't delete all old Save games at all.
Having a look into the ..Pgrogram Files/Ubi folder there is a folder named cache and that is the place the syncronizationis performed against.
Even so i have a decent machine with a SSD HD it takes up to 2-3 miutes for a startup on my machine.

Thanks for replying. That whole thing with the saves is just so confusing.

I've heard people say that you can only delete a save game if you actually load it and then you have the option to delete it from inside the game. :doh:

Considering how long the loading is, that's not an option for me.
