SH3 Crashes during patrol

Hi People,

I have a clean copy of SH3,patch 1.4, GWX Mod installed in the games default location programe files 86.
It has been running fine up until I come to October 1941.. The game crashes taking me back to the windows menu, and I also tried transfering to the Solomias flotilia " spelling " but it said " base changed to Null "
Any ideas as what it could be so I can keep helping our Afrika troops....
Oh 1 last thing, do destroyers run out of depth chargers while they doin there thing?

Yes escorts have a limited supply of depth charges. As for your main question, I can't help much but it does appear to have similarities with this post http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=189886 .

Are you using SH3 Commander and if so do you have the GWX cfg file for it?

No mate, just GWX 3.0 gold mod, and a few of the other mods it has with it, like enhanced damage effects,open hatch,advance snorkel. I wonder if I installed it in a new folder in my C: drive would help?

I'd try a fresh install but delete the SH3 folder in MyDocs and perform a registry clean.
