Sub marker

There was/is a mod which removes this sub marker and I can't find it anymore as I've searched the forum and list of mods in the sticky. Can anyone point me to a link or share on how to manually remove this? Thanks. :)

I finally found the thread to it but the link for the dl is dead. It was called Umark is the reason I couldn't find it with search. Anyone still have this that can be uploaded? :salute:
