FIRSTLY I HOPE THESE PHOTOS COME OUT ALRIGHT. if they are too big i apologise in advance. the lighting in The Maritime Museum in Liverpool was a little dark - but i hope you enjoy them and if you are in the local go along for peek.

Size is perfect. Shots are great, considering the conditions.

Thanks for posting those. :sunny:

Very nice...better than the ones I took at Eden Camp.

I'll have to add this place to my list of places to visit next time I wing it over the pond. Tip for future reference: If you have to use a flash to take a photo of something behind glass, do not stand directly in front of the glass. This causes your flash to show in the photo. Instead, stand slightly off to the side; the flash will deflect off of the glass, but enough light will get through to illuminate your subject.

I was just in Liverpool ... I could spend a week at the museum! Nice! Thank you!

i was thinking of all Simers here and felt quite excited at reporting back...cheers!

i have a number of others but the problem is the map was so big i had to take the photo in sections and have no idea how to present the sections here as a whole? not even sure if they would all corrolate if i did manage to do it. :hmmm:

Those pictures and the exhibits are impressive. It is a shame there is nothing of this sort in my area.

If you posted the map in sections, one can photo mosaic or stitch them in any paint program OR, maybe find a free site that will allow you to ZIP the whole picture for download.

Jimbuna might help you! :salute:

Those pictures are really cool! :DL Thanks for posting them! One of them is the SH2 campaign screen. I think the torpedo is awesome. Does anyone know what kind it is?

Thanks again, Happy Hunting! :ping:
