Ok! So the problem is that you do not get the files,right?

It looks to me like you're not limited by the parameters in that post, so I'm not sure what the problem is. You could PM Neal directly, but he gets a lot of those and might not be able to reply anytime soon.

I suggest that first you log off and back on and then try again, on the off chance that it's just a glitch in the system.

If that doesn't work, create a thread in the "Comments To Subsim" forum and be sure to mention the fact that you haven't tried to download anything but that one item, and also that you obviously are a regular poster. It will get sorted out somehow.

I'd recommend a pm too, but you may want to get the name right first. :up:

all i could add to this is delete your history and cookies in case its spam related which could be the case.
