I really don't get this. :nope:

How in <expletive-of-your-choice> this kind of circus can go on and on? If funding state prisons is really that difficult why not to out-source the service? I'm quite convinced that there are numerous inexpensive holiday establishments in northern Siberia... just a bit paint here and there and they would be ready to house few Californians.

I can understand the overcrowding situation. But I don't understand why the solution is to release new prisoners (last in first out).

To me the appropriate solution is to release the prisoners that have been there the longest.

This simply smells of favoritism.

Boy oh Boy that Lindsay Lohan crap is so utterly boring.
Put her in jail, keep her in there for the time she has to do and afterwards she can do some crappy C-Picture DVD only releases together with Wesley Snipes.
