At the end of the mission, upon returning to base, you always have a pop-up summary of the patrol. (GWX 3.0)

Is there a way to change the picture of the woman?

Open PATROOL HIST.tga in ...\Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII\data\Menu\Data with XnView or IrfanView.

Modify with Photoshop or some freeware like Gimp or PAINT.NET.
