"Relieve The Watch" (File editing question)

Hi! I have two questions; In the game, "Relieve the watch" does not happen at the right time. "Relieve the watch" is piped and takes place at 15 minuets before the hour. This does not happen in the game, and I hate it when people are late for watch! Does anyone know how to change this to take place at the right time, as in, 07:45, 11:45, 15:45 and so on. I'm thinking there might be a file entry or script I can change. Also, does anyone know where the file for the "Rudder angle indicator" pointer is located? ( just the pointer, not the dial.) is it a .dds file? I can make it look better if I could just find it! lol Thanks for any help.

Look in Data/Sound/Speech. There's a bunch of soundfiles in there, but I think you may have to locate the script file where the command is triggerred.

You would think so, but no. lol
I'm a U.S. Navy vet, and currently a Able Seaman. Relieve the watch takes place for all 15 minutes before the hour of watch. When I want to relieve the watch early, and it's usually because I'm just bored, I'll do it at 1935 for the 8-12, 20-24 watch. ( In which case the other AB will say, "Mate, I've been relieved. Steering course 270 in "Iron Mike", checking course 275. No threating traffic. Have a good watch! And oh, by the way, is there any more of that pumpkin pie left?" )

Anyway, I just thought it would be cool to have "Relieve The Watch" take place on time. (Maybe I've been at sea too long...)

The relieved watch asking for pumpkin pie sounds kinda cool. I was never relieved early, myself. But then, I was shore duty and only stood it twice a month, tops. TAR P-3. Nuff said.
