Harour Additions & Environment Enhancement?

I would love to have this mod/s....any chance a rel or a wip is coming soon? or maybe one's out there and I missed it?

In his video (for example at 3:05) he got tHe underwater visibility totaly wrong. Kiel is not an aquarium with crystal clear water.

Think that's the Shallow Waters mod for Dynamic Environment making the water so clear. No idea about the moving trains etc though, not seen those before!

Btw: The clear water is not included, I think it is how Orpheus said.
