SH4 Multiplayer problem.

I have a problem with mision "sneaking in" downloaded from subsim.
When i host the game and the game is fully loaded i recieve message " The server has quit. Game over."
the same situation ha appears when i join the game.
My connection is Ad-hoc.
Other missions works well.
Me and My friend both have u-bot mission installed.

Reinstaling the game make things worse because all multi missions didnt work,
they didnt work even when i want play them alone, but my friend can launch any multi mission and play alone.

Anyone please help.:damn:

Use tungle. I've never had the Ubisoft stuff work correctly, and hamachi didn't really ever work ever.

With Tungle, I was able to play my first multiplayer mission ever.

However, I've never tried this game with a true LAN (all plugged into the same switch) game to date.

Also, I've played this mission (SneakinIn) in mulitplayer with a friend of mine. It isn't JSGME compatible unless you change the folder and file paths manually to work with JSGME.

So I guess my question is, are you using JSGME or did you place the file manually into /data/MultiMissions ?

Additional: How are your firewall settings? The guy I was playing SneakingIn with wasn't able to connect to me for a while (after he had originally been able to) because of a wonky firewall.

Let me know, we'll get you up and running.

Firewall off and i have added folder to multi missions, no mods instaled by JSGME.

Tunngle allows the 64-bit OS players to connect to a VPN (Win-Tap 64), thats what allows the most players. Im on it regularly with my U-Boat Multiplayer Mod :)

Go here, get everyone to download this program.

Start up Tunngle, join the simulation/Silent Hunter 4 channel.

Then, start SH4 and continue from there.

Go into the multiplayer button. And choose LAN.

Then, it should be pretty straight forward from there.

Let me know how it works.
