MFM and GWX
 
How do I run the Merchant Fleet mod with GWX. in the past my atempts to run the MFM with GWX resulted in the game crashing when I loaded any mission, carrer, and the museum. So what exatally am I doing wrong?:hmmm:


P.S. I am using the Generic Mod inabler.

This is usually down to memory, with so many ships it can cause ctd.
What worked for me was to use a 64bit operating system and use the 4GB patch to make use of the extra memory - worked perfect then.

Failing that these is a lite version available with less ships, download link should be in the same thread :up:.

Upgrading from 2 GB Ram to 4 and switching to 64 bit xp windows and

applying 4 GB patch for Sh3 worked for me :up: I never get CTD related to Kernel.dll anymore

Yes, what they said is the answer. You need a fully modern system and enough RAM, which is why I can't run both. I even heavily modified the ship names for SH3 Commander to match the MFM, but I don't get to see them because my machine won't run it. :wah:
