how to use SH5 patcher?
 

Just found TDW's SH5.exe patches, with a link to the patcher-download.

But does this patcher do?
When I double-click that SH5Patcher.exe, nothing happens...an empty file is shown, that's all.
Do I need to put it in SH5's rootfolder or something?
There's no readme in the download.
