Minimizing the "Crash" of the recorded games.

Hey guys, I read that unchecking the "read only" folder
Silent Hunter 3, CTD minimizing failures recorded games. I have doubt if
unchecking the read-only or leaving it unchecked. Since I have noticed that the default
all game files come with the box unchecked and no sense. The question is: Is that box checked or unchecked "read only"?
There are some positive effect on the recorded games with this method? thank you very much again.

It has worked for me, but I am only a sample size of one.

We really need a lot more data.

Try it. To my knowledge, no one has posted any adverse effects from doing so.
