is there a way that i can set it so that every time a radio message comes in about a convoy the game stops or slowes to 1.
many thanks.

If you're using my UIs mod then just open up the radio messages box and click on the radio messages option button at bottom. If using the stand alone radio message mod then edit the .cfg file to enable that option.
