You will not find the mod as a separate release under its own name. As noted in Trasgu2010's thread, it's an optional add-on included in one of WB's (Wreford-Brown's) mods, Extras for the Wilhelmshaven campaign.

There are also these additional mods that can be enabled in JSGME by pressing F5 once the main mod is enabled:
1. TMT ThomsensShips fix to allow this mod to be compatible with TMT and/or ThomsensShips
2. Hitman's GWX Mediterranean Campaign which will reduce load times for the Mediterranean campaign.
3. WB's Mission Orders Lite which dramatically reduces the number of radio messages you'll receive to just the relevant ones.
