Adding airbases to RSRD
 
Considering adding some IJN airbases to RSRD.Wake Island needs an airbase as does Wewak(coverage in the areas is light, esp wake.

Assume just open, add base, adjust proper dates etc and save as land units layer to "Japaircover" ??
