Getting Patches

I just bought PT boats Gold from GamersGate, so far looks like a good game. I was just wondering, it seems there are patches for both Knights and South Gambit, but battlefront says the patches are only for the copies bought direct from them. Does anyone know where to get patches if bought else where? Thanks for any info.

When were these games released ?
On the website www.tothegame.com, it still says TBA.

Is it possible to buy the games on DVD's, or are the only downloadable ??
