mod list

I am on my first mission and I am in dock;(Midway).
I installed a new mod "optical targeting correction" but when I started again, the red bar goes to about 75% and nothing happens anymore.:06:
Is it not possible to use that mod ?

I suggest you read the first post for OTC. Admiral Scurvy advises OTC's compatibility with particular supermods
