Crowds when leaving the harbor

Can someone make it look like Sh3 with the band and the music. It looks great when leaving the harbor.

I hear ya...

Just took mine out for a first ever patrol and the harbor was deserted. Seems kind of sad when no one could be bothered to show up and send you off. :nope:

The dockside people and band come stock with SH3. GWX has nothing to do with it.

This idea is brilliant, can't count the times i look at the port when i leave and think....F*ck me it's a ghost town.

This idea is fantastic and i would love the opportunity to download and add this to my current list of 3 mods lol.
